We as a company take great pride in our customer service and work ethics, as evident with the many positive reviews and testimonials. Sometimes, however there are negative reviews. Jennifer groomed my Bischon. I was charged extra to de-tangle his tail. The instructions were no cut, only bath and blow. She cut him super short, completely shaved his tail and in the car I noticed he had sand and dirt all over him. This groomer sucks to put it politely. DON'T waste your lonely.!!!

Very happy with my first experience having my Westie groomed at Elliotte's Pet Spa. Very friendly staff and Jennifer did an excellent job grooming Lilly. Will become a regular customer.

I take both of my cats and my alpha Chihuahua to Elliotte's for a bath,nail trim, and grooming. My elderly cat, now deceased,could not groom himself very well and when I picked him up all that extra hair/undergrowth was gone. He looked great and I saw much less fur around the house. When I bathe my dog I get a lot of resistance, but he let's James bathe him and trim his nails without even a "lip curl". They are gentle and kind. They were recommended by a friend who takes all 3 of his dogs to them. So glad I found them, couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

The staff at Elliote's really work hard to take care of our special dog. She has seizures and she is blind in one eye. On top of this she doesn't like other dogs and has an anxiety problem. Tracy was very kind and our little "princess" left looking beautiful.

How do get an unhappy puppy and an unhappy mama? Take her to the vet to get groomed. How do you get a happy pampered puppy who looks wonderful? Take her to elliote's pet spa!! They are great with all the animals!!!

I took my Persian kitty in Saturday for what has become his twice yearly "tidy". James did the grooming which consisted of thinning out his undercoat, shaving his potty patch and tummy, rounding up his feet (which BTW look so pretty) and just an overall shapening up. He looks and feels so much better without all the dead thick hair and I think he came home looking like a show cat! No more cat hair floating around the house for awhile. I highly recommend anyone with a long-haired cat (or dog) to check Elliotte's out for your grooming needs.Thank you for your special attention.

I was so surprised to see the Dec 4, 2016 review from the lady who was unhappy with the service for her Bichon! Why would you just wash and blow a Bichon?! You HAVE to comb/brush them! I could only imagine that the dog's coat must have been in dire shape if Elliott's Spa took the initiative to make the dog more comfortable. Anyway, I've always been MOST pleased with the services my dog receives there and if you'll read through the reviews you'll see that most folks ARE pleased. Bad reviews are certainly an anomaly for this company!
