I took my dog Misty to the spa for the first time, and I was very impressed with the professtionlism and politeness of the staff there. They also did a very great job!! Benji was in for a visit on August 30 for the first time. He was welcomed by Elliotte and they seemed to "bond" right away. I could tell that Elliotte loved animals and Benji sensed it also. I was a little late returning to pick him up but it was no problem in doing that. Thanks Elliotte and staff for a very professional yet friendly shop and for helping Benji have a good experience! We will be back!

My mom and I visited for the first time on August 17th and I got to say and she left me and I had a great time and smelt good and looked so beautiful when I left. I had a bath in l.a.v.e.n.d.a.r. I will be going back to get a cut. I love Elliott woof (so does my mom).

I have taken my dog Jethro to Elliot since he was a puppy. Elliott has done a great job with his cut, making him feel comfortable and making appointments for him.

Elliott really works with your schedule for drop off and pick up and makes taking Jethro there easy as it can be for one that works full-time.

I am currently fostering 2 Old English Sheepdogs who needed a hair cut badly. The dogs always get nervous when going to the vet or for grooming. Elliote was recommended to me, I called and he took my dogs in the next day. I don't have enough good things to say about Elliotte. He is very professional, kind, gentle, and his years of experience show in how he takes care of the dogs. He let me know that one of the dogs might be getting an ear infections and he had cleaned it quite a bit without irritation. The dogs look beautiful ( I like their hair short) and they were not nervous wrecks when they left his spa. I was so happy to find him. He is a great guy and you can tell he LOVES animals. He offers a high quality service for a fair price. I will be going back again and telling everyone I know in the meantime. Thank you Elliotte!!! :!cool:

AYOUNG LADY THAT WORKED AT AFFORDABLE ANIMAL CARE TOLD ME ABOUT ELLIOTT'S PET SPA.I ALWAYS GAVE MY PET A BATH AND WHEN THE YOUNG LADY TOLD ME TO GO THERE,I WENT THAT SAME EVEING AND THEY GAVE MY PET A BATH THAT EVEING,AND CLIPPING HIS NAIL.I TOLD A FRIEND AND SHE TOOK HER TWO PETS SHE LOVE IT. SO WE WENT BACK AGAIN BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND GOOD ATTITUDE. THANKS ELLIOTT'S PET SPA. :!inlove:

In the past I always gave my pets their bath & "groomed" them myself because I thought it would be expensive and my pets would be scared. I decided to treat my pekingese so we went to Elliotts, WOW...She looked great and the visit was smooth sailing for her. You could tell that she enjoyed the pampering and felt better because she was full of energy when I picked her up. Next visit was my boxer, Dixie. She too did great and wasn't nervous at all. The best thing about Elliotts is that he keeps it in a small setting. It's not like Petsmart; loud, & LOTS of animals. That makes all the difference in the world if your pet is nervous about getting groomed. Prices are GREAT but more than that the customer service is fantastic. I will forever be a customer to the Elliott Spa Family...You should too!

Lucy, my 2 1/2 year old lovely, affectionate and sometimes terror, had her first grooming ever. She was full of knots and when Elliott told me the grooming included bathing I rolled my eyes and said "good luck!" Thinking she'd be uncooperative, and it would take a long time, I went back home to do chores. When Elliott telephoned me, my first words were "what's wrong?" "nothing's wrong she's finished." When I picked her up she looked, smelled and felt absolutely beautiful. I am delighted! I call Elliott the "cat whisperer." Lucy is happy and told me she was treated like a queen. Then she asked me "when can I go back?"
